Separately, a specific traffic violation incident was reported on June 15th at 9 a.m. in Ramučių village, located within the Kaunas district. A vehicle driven by a man born in 1997 was observed traveling at 115 km/h, significantly exceeding the posted maximum speed limit of 30 km/h.
This excessive speed resulted in the driver receiving an administrative offense record.
