According to the press release, the project achieved 89.6% of the possible points when evaluated against the BREEAM International New Construction V6 standard. This comprehensive assessment analyzed numerous key areas of the building’s sustainability, including management, employee health and well-being, energy efficiency, transport solutions, water use, construction materials, waste management, land use and ecology, pollution reduction, and innovations.
Specifically, the A. Goštauto g. conversion project attained perfect scores, collecting 100% of the possible points, in the management and water use categories.
Furthermore, the project demonstrated high performance in other critical areas. It received an evaluation of 94% for employee health and well-being, 95% for energy efficiency, and an impressive 96% in the employee health and well-being category. These results underscore the commitment to high environmental and operational standards embedded within the building design and execution.
The overall high rating signifies that the project has met rigorous global benchmarks for sustainable development, making it a notable example of modern, environmentally responsible construction practices. The achievement reflects a holistic approach to sustainability across all measured parameters.
