Survey: 9 out of 10 residents satisfied with state and municipal services

A recent survey conducted by VRM revealed that over the past twelve months, 64% of the population engaged directly with various public institutions. Data from this survey suggests that individuals who have directly interacted with these bodies place a higher value on the institutions’ actual activities compared to those who form opinions based solely on general impressions or preconceived notions. According to data provided by the Ministry of the Interior, the most highly rated aspects of public service delivery relate specifically to information provision and service efficiency.

The findings indicate strong public satisfaction with specialist interactions; 91% of respondents reported that specialists successfully answered their questions and provided the necessary information. Furthermore, operational flexibility was noted, with 90% of respondents confirming the ability to select a payment method that suited their needs. The efficiency of service processing also received high marks.

An impressive 88% of the population noted that their requests or complaints were managed through a streamlined “one-stop” principle. Additionally, the public reported receiving assistance with necessary service forms and comprehensive details regarding the provision of services. Overall, the survey data highlights that when the institutions provide tangible support, the public’s perception of their value is significantly elevated.
