The need for this coordinated aid response was highlighted by several key Ukrainian institutions, including the State Institution of Ukraine’s National Academy of Medical Sciences and the M.

M. Amosov National Cardiovascular and Hereditary Pathology Scientific Center. Additionally, the Ukrainian Embassy in Lithuania submitted requests, underscoring the immediate and necessary requirement for sustained humanitarian support.
