Criminal records detail two instances of illicit activity involving the accused, Š. K., who acted under the direction of R. M.
The initial incident occurred in August 2023, when Š. K. was found in possession of a significant quantity of controlled substances.
These materials included 26 grams of synthetic cannabinoid, 459 grams of amphetamine and phenethylamine powder, and 1.5 kilograms of tablets described as yellow, blue, and brown. According to the records, the transfer of these substances was orchestrated by R. M., who directed Š.
K. to transport the drugs to Joniškis. Upon arrival, the materials were packaged into three separate bundles.
The illegal activity continued in September of the same year. Again following instructions from R. M., Š.
K. transported the specified substances to Marijampolė. At this location, the materials were concealed within bushes near a residential area.
The intended recipients of the illicit substances were reportedly another individual, with the drugs meant for distribution to inmates serving prison sentences; however, the transfer was intercepted by law enforcement officers. The investigation suggests a coordinated effort involving two men. The evidence compiled from the criminal records outlines a pattern of smuggling, detailing how the two men managed the movement and concealment of these various substances across different locations.
