Emergency services were dispatched following reports of a vehicular accident involving an intoxicated individual. At approximately 1:36 p.m., a local resident contacted authorities after hearing a loud noise. In a separate event in Klaipėda, a drunk driver was involved in a collision with another vehicle and subsequently fled the scene in Vilkaviškis.

Furthermore, police have addressed instances of illegal conduct related to impaired driving. In the Šakių district, another drunk driver reportedly crashed into a parked car. Following this incident, the individual allegedly attempted to bribe police officers with 500 euros.

These multiple incidents highlight ongoing concerns regarding impaired driving among local drivers. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding these accidents, emphasizing the dangers posed by operating a vehicle while under the influence.
