Following approval from relevant supervisory authorities, the bank announced on Monday that V. Juzikis will assume the role of the bank’s new head. In a transition move, Sonata Gutauskaite-Bubneliene will take on the position of head of SEB Baltic services, effective September 1st of this year.
In a statement regarding the appointment, V. Juzikis stated his commitment to the institution’s future. He expressed his objective to continue developing the business in collaboration with colleagues across Lithuania, the Baltic States, and the broader international SEB group, while maintaining a relationship of reliability with all clients.
V. Juzikis brings extensive experience to the leadership role. He initially joined SEB in August 2001 and has since accumulated various leading positions within the sectors of business banking and risk management.
Furthermore, he has served as a member of the SEB Bank Board since June 2017. This appointment solidifies the leadership structure of the bank as it continues its operations across the Baltic region.
