Regarding the city of Kostiantynivka, which housed approximately 78,000 residents prior to the conflict, Peskov confirmed that fighting for the area has been ongoing since the end of 2025.
Earlier, Peskov had told journalists that “Kostiantynivka is completely occupied. Now we completely control this city.”
