This figure placed the company among the top six highest average salaries recorded for the month. The Lithuanian subsidiary is part of the larger Austrian biomin group, a multinational entity with operations spanning 70 countries.
The group demonstrated significant reach in global markets, with Biomin Lithuania’s agricultural sector export value reaching 16.9 billion euros in 2024. Financially, Biomin Lithuania has shown substantial growth in its local operations. The company reported that its sales increased by one-third over the past year.
Furthermore, the entity recorded 3.1 million euros in revenue and generated a net profit approaching 74 thousand euros. In addition to these financial metrics, the workforce has seen recent adjustments in transparency regarding compensation. Since June, employees have been granted new access rights, enabling them to view the salary details of their colleagues.
