G. Šeršniovienė has taken over the leadership role at the company, succeeding Tomasz Eikinas, who had guided the organization since 2019. Roberto Krutikovo commented that the international market for paper packaging is undergoing dramatic shifts, necessitating enhanced efforts to maximize the factory’s potential for new opportunities.
Krutikovo stated that the new leader is expected to benefit not only from developed leadership qualities but also from over two decades of experience gained within the company, encompassing its operations, clientele, and team. Previously, G. Šeršniovienė served as the company’s sales manager.
Financially, the company maintained a stable turnover of €49.52 million last year. However, due to rising production costs and fluctuating product demand, the business recorded a net loss of €2.4 million in the past year, a figure mirrored by the net loss reported in 2024. The transition signals a strategic focus, as the new leader must now navigate these market challenges.
Krutikovo, who provided insight into the industry’s trajectory, emphasized the need for decisive action as the market continues to evolve.
