LTOK reviewed the financials for the half-year – revenues reached four million

During the first half of the year, the Lithuanian Olympic Committee (LTOK) reported total income amounting to 4.206 million euros. The primary source of this revenue was dividends received from UAB “Olifėja,” which accounted for 3.899 million euros of the total intake. In terms of expenditures for the same period, the LTOK recorded total expenses of 3.172 million euros.

A significant portion of these funds, specifically 1.669 million euros, was allocated toward financing various Olympic sports initiatives. This substantial expenditure was dedicated to supporting multiple future international events. The funding covered preparations for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games scheduled for Milan and Cortina.

Furthermore, resources were allocated for preparatory activities related to the 2026 Summer Olympic Games in Dakar. Additionally, the funds included advance payments designated for the 2028 Summer Olympic Games taking place in Los Angeles. These financial figures provide an overview of the LTOK’s operational activities and its commitment to supporting Lithuanian athletes across multiple Olympic cycles.

The allocation of these millions of euros underscores the committee’s ongoing investment in maintaining a competitive presence in global sports, balancing operational costs with long-term athletic development goals.
