Beginning immediately, customers can utilize the bank’s voice robot to communicate in Lithuanian. This service is available daily, operating from 8:00 to 20:00 on weekdays, as well as on weekends and holidays. The system allows customers to interact with the bank using natural language via a phone call.
This technological integration is designed to streamline the customer experience by allowing users to bypass traditional, structured menu options, thereby enabling them to complete necessary actions more quickly. According to Alina Kalnelė, Head of the Customer Service Center at SEB Bank, the implementation aims to improve efficiency, particularly during critical moments. Kalnelė stated that the voice robot enables customers to perform necessary actions immediately, which is vital in urgent situations, such as reporting a lost payment card or suspecting fraudulent activity.
The enhancement is intended to optimize the support structure. By allowing the automated system to handle routine queries, the bank’s human consultants gain more capacity to concentrate on complex issues that require detailed human intervention. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that customers can communicate with the bank to solve important issues as easily and rapidly as possible.
