One of the most unique buildings in Riga’s Old Town has been sold: the new owner has been announced(1)

A six-story historic building located in a prominent area of Old Riga was recently sold through an auction conducted by the Latvian state real estate company. The structure, originally erected in 1912, spans nearly 2,000 square meters and is recognized for its ornate architectural details. A distinguishing feature of the property is its corner tower, which is crowned by a sculpture created by artist Augusto Folco.

The acquisition of this significant piece of real estate was completed by the company TE9. This purchasing entity is associated with businesswoman Inna Kurilova. The sale marks a transfer of ownership for this architecturally significant building within one of Riga’s most representative districts.
