He stopped in front of a stationary vehicle, identified as a VW Golf. Witnesses stated that the man displayed aggressive and disruptive behavior, including using obscene language and making gestures toward bystanders. He reportedly attempted to force open the driver’s side door and struck the glass of the door with his fist.
A second man, also 22 years old and originating from Panevėžys, was involved in the escalating situation. This individual, who was visibly intoxicated but initially refused to admit his impairment, approached the front passenger door of the vehicle. He kicked the passenger door, causing damage, and continued to exhibit aggressive conduct, shouting loudly, and disturbing patrons at a nearby cafe.
Following the commotion, police intervened and successfully apprehended both men. Authorities have filed a criminal case against both individuals, citing violations of public order. The incident highlights concerns regarding public safety and impaired behavior among young adults.
