In Vilnius, the Vilnius County Police Department reported that at approximately 3:56 a.m., a man born in 1962 was found in the basement of a multi-apartment building located on Simon Stanevich Street. Separately, police in the Alytus district reported a second incident. At 7:25 p.m., a man born in 1959 was found in the village of Talokiai, situated near Lake Talokiai. Authorities noted that this individual also presented without any visible external injuries.
In both cases, local law enforcement has initiated preliminary investigations to determine the cause of death.
