Early that morning, at 6:06 a.m., the Central Emergency Response Center received a call regarding an alleged assault on a woman in Kriukų village, located in the Joniškio district. When police officers responded to the scene, the husband involved reportedly resisted the authorities, resulting in injuries to the officers from the Joniškio district.

Following the incident, both officers received medical assistance and were treated on an outpatient basis. Separately, another confrontation occurred in the Molėtų district. In Šiauliai, a man reportedly attempted to attack police officers with a knife.

The man allegedly resisted the officers, who were described as intoxicated. During this second incident, one officer sustained an injury in Panevėžys. Additionally, another officer was injured while restraining an individual identified as a hooligan, necessitating medical attention.

These reports detail instances where police personnel faced physical resistance during the course of their duties across different regions. In both documented cases, the officers required medical treatment following the confrontations with the individuals involved.
