The weather forecast predicts a radical change: here is when the heat will blow

A shift in atmospheric conditions is forecast for the western regions beginning Tuesday. Meteorological reports indicate the arrival of denser clouds in the morning, increasing the probability of rain along the coast and within the Žemaitija region. This precipitation is expected to be accompanied by a strong west wind, with potential gusts reaching 15 to 17 meters per second near the coast.

While the overall coverage of clouds may decrease, allowing periods of sunshine, forecasters caution that isolated rain showers remain a possibility. Specific forecasts suggest that while many districts may experience dry spells, the potential for thunderstorms persists. The accompanying west wind is anticipated to remain relatively strong, with gusts estimated between 15 and 18 m/s in certain areas.

Temperatures are expected to drop on Tuesday morning, ranging from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius inland, while coastal areas are forecast to reach 15 to 17 degrees Celsius. Despite the variability, the day is not expected to be free of rain. In separate observations, the Curonian Spit has seen an increase in sightings of meadow foxes.

These animal sightings are noted alongside the general weather pattern. Overall, residents should prepare for fluctuating conditions characterized by cooler morning air, strong winds, and intermittent rainfall throughout the day.
