Ukraine is in danger again: Russians have found a way to attack E. Musk’s “Starlink”

Experts suggest that certain military actions could diminish the effectiveness of Russia’s logistics campaign within Ukraine. This logistical effort has become a pivotal element of the fighting this year, making the sustained supply of Crimea via the claimed land bridge considerably difficult. Currently, Russia has intensified its use of medium-range drones equipped with electronic warfare (EW) capabilities.

These drones are reported to operate from distances spanning tens to hundreds of kilometers. They are frequently controlled using platforms like Starlink and are deployed against critical Russian infrastructure, including supply lines, fuel depots, air defense systems, and command posts. In response to these tactics, Moscow has begun adapting its defensive posture.

Reports indicate that the escalation of EW equipment is occurring near populated areas within Ukraine, signaling heightened tension on the front lines. The deployment of these sophisticated EW systems presents a significant challenge to military operations. The ability to target communications and command structures remotely complicates traditional logistical movements.

As the conflict continues, the integration of advanced drone technology and EW countermeasures remains a central focus for both sides, shaping the operational tempo and the strategic viability of military supply routes across the region.
