Regarding potential scale, the current detailed zoning plan for the area permits the construction of buildings exceeding the height of the existing 34-story skyscraper, “Pilsotas.” Nevertheless, Bosa clarified that prevailing economic conditions currently preclude decisions that would allow for such increased vertical development. The overall strategy remains rooted in the established framework, suggesting a measured, staged rollout rather than an immediate, large-scale overhaul.
