According to the official report, the subsequent removal of these defects will be financed by the construction party determined to be responsible for their occurrence. Via Lietuvos provided details indicating that the specific road section in question was designed by the company “Hisk” and was installed by “Fegda” in 2025. Following the completion of the expert examination, “Via Lietuva” contacted the original contractor regarding the necessary remediation work.
The contractor subsequently proposed that the necessary corrective actions for the defects could be implemented after the conclusion of the upcoming winter season.
