Another message to Z. Pinskuviene: Construction Inspectorate stopped the construction of part of Pinsk’s estate

VTPSI representative Viktoria Shinkuniene reported significant discrepancies identified during a recent building assessment. Specifically, the external dimensions of the planned garage were found not to align with the approved design specifications. Consequently, representatives instructed the builders to halt all construction work on the garage structure.

According to Shinkuniene, an official order was issued mandating the cessation of work until the dimensional inconsistencies are rectified in compliance with applicable legal regulations. Furthermore, the representative confirmed that an evaluation of grounds for applying administrative responsibility was also conducted. Separately, regarding property investigations, VTEK confirmed that no violations were found concerning the apartment belonging to the Pinsk family’s mother in Palanga.

In another matter, the Construction Inspectorate is currently assessing whether the Shirin District Municipality legally issued a construction permit to the Pinsk family. Shinkuniene clarified that a construction permit was indeed issued for a residential house and garage, noting that the apartment unit, along with the garage, are situated within the same building structure. This ongoing review pertains to the adherence of the overall design and construction process to municipal law.
