According to the case documentation, three individuals have been formally charged with the illegal production and storage of domestic strong alcoholic beverages. This illicit operation was centered in a country house located within the Plungė district, with the apparent intent of commercial sale. At this specific site, authorities found fifteen containers undergoing fermentation, utilizing 2,685 liters of liquid suitable for producing home-style brandy.
The evidence gathered during the investigation suggests that the manufacturing activity was systematic rather than sporadic. One of the accused reportedly stated that the production of the domestic spirit occurred up to five days per week, with output estimates reaching between 180 and 190 liters on any given day. In addition to the primary charges, three other individuals have been charged with acting as accomplices in these activities.
