The weather forecasters are predicting changes in the weather: how much more rain we will have to suffer

Forecasters predict that a low-pressure system is expected to move into Lithuania on Saturday night, impacting the region’s weather pattern. The beginning of the week is anticipated to feature minimal chances of rain, with conditions generally remaining mostly cloudy. As the week progresses to the second day, the weather is expected to remain cloudy, particularly across the northern regions, where some instances of rain may occur.

Additionally, fog formation is possible in certain areas, accompanied by a light north-westerly wind. Temperatures are forecast to drop to a range of 9–14 degrees Celsius. Saturday itself is predicted to bring cloudy conditions interspersed with periods of sunshine.

However, many districts are expected to experience rain, with some locations anticipating very heavy rainfall. Following this period of heavy rain, temperatures are forecast to gradually return to normal levels. In the northern part of the country, temperatures are expected to rise to 26 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, the south-eastern region may see short-term rain clouds accompanied by thunderstorms. Throughout the period, winds are anticipated to blow from the north-west and west at a moderate strength. Overall, residents should prepare for variable weather conditions across the coming days, with fluctuations in both precipitation and temperature noted across different parts of the country.
